An Active Mobility Enforcement Officer (AMEO) is seen running across the junction trying to stop an errant PMD riding on the road. As he closes in on the rider, the officer gave the rider a kick and the rider loses his balance and crashes into the pavement. Wishing the PMD rider a speedy and full recovery.
