I was along BKE traveling towards KJE (incident took place before Mandai Exit).
This rider of motorcycle FY1730S, brushed the side of my vehicle and did not even bother stopping.
I have to stop at the road shoulder to check my vehicle and adjust my left side mirror manually as it is out of position for me to safely drive.
Violations he did:
1. Did a lane change on double white line
2. Fail to check incoming vehicle when changing lane
3. Not stopping when he brushed my vehicle (accident), causing some marks on the side.
