Cyclist failed to stop at red light and nearly crashing into group crossing the road. All cyclist are to obey the same rules as other road users like drivers and motorcyclists do. These include such basic traffic rules as stopping for red traffic lights, not riding against flow of traffic or looking out for pedestrians.
Happened on 29/7/19 at 1836hrs along Upper Changi Road North.
