Serious accident of biker along PIE just before Eng Neo Avenue

Biker was either dreaming or distracted and rode straight into the back of another motorcyclist. He lost balance and fell hard on the tarmac hitting his head. The back car braked hard but seems like it hit him or rolled over him.

This happened along PIE on the morning of Thursday 12/11/19. This accident happened along PIE just before Eng Neo Avenue exit.
