Was travelling on Serangoon Road quite some times back just past Sri Vadapathira temple where there is a short, about 10 or 20 metres of red bus lane with broken lines before and after.
As there was a long queue on the next lane and I need to turn left onto Balestier Road, I travelled on the extreme left lane to make a turn. This enforcement guy was standing at the bus stop taking shots of me. After that, was issued a summon for $130 which was uncalled for.
Bus lanes with dotted lines are meant for drivers to move into for turning left.
Wrote in to appeal stating the circumstances, but appeal was rejected. Can’t they see the point regarding the situation and give the benefit of the doubt? I have the recording but just cannot upload on their website. Just can’t fathom the kind of mentality in enforcing this.
Just sharing 😊😊😊
