Four Active Mobility Enforcement Officers were doing their duty at this junction when an errant PMD rider on the road approached the junction at high speed.
One officer dash across the junction to apprehend him but the rider did not stop and tried to evade arrest. The officer decided to stick his leg out with a kick to take down the rider. The rider crashed and fell onto the pavement.
This happened along Bedok Reservoir Road on 10/12/19. Wishing rider a speedy and full recovery.
