Not forming up and last minute cutting over chevrons is pure reckless
Driver of SFT1082E Toyota Camry decided to do a last minute exit to Clemenceau Road along this CTE tunnel. His action was too late when he saw the dividers and a motorcyclist standing there.
The motorcyclist had to jump away to avoid being hit by him. It was so close that the drive hit the first vertical upright divider.
Happened on 14/12/19 inside the CTE tunnel expressway.
