Car travelling along Nutmeg Road (behind Lucky Plaza) runs off the road and crashes over railing falling 5 meters onto car park exit slip road of Lucky Plaza.
Pinning one person underneath the car and injuring 2-3 others. Driver and other car occupants injuries are unknown as this is a developing story.
The accident is believed to have occurred around 5pm. At around 7pm, the road outside the mall remains cordoned off by police.
This story is still developing as rescue continues.
