“Incident happened on 08/04/20, 6.42 p.m, along Upp Serangoon Rd from Upp Paya Lebar Rd. Honda Civic with car plate number #SGL7870M failed to signal while changing lanes. Sounded the horn as a warning but driver took offence and immediately jammed brake as a sign of road bullying. p.s. if anyone was wondering the duration of the horn was less than 1 sec, it was meant to warn him that i was behind, but apparently driver took it like a swear word. the junction behind was still red, filtering of lanes was not abrupt or reckless on my end (and yes, i did signal). Please don’t be a road bully, and please learn to control your emotions when you are driving. stay safe everybody!”
