Mobile speed cameras are, as its name suggests, able to be placed at any location due to their portability. One of them was found near Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) Exit 9B Towards Buangkok East Drive. It is said that the speed camera was placed there yesterday, 9/6/20, 11am.
Previously, a similar mobile speed camera was seen at Punggol, and many netizens said it’s unfair to implement such a thing.
