“Drivers should continue play their part to maintain safe distance from bicycles, but we do hope that bike riders can also join us in obeying traffic rules for the safety of other road users such as pedestrians. We don’t need to wait for a video of a pedestrian getting knocked down while crossing the road to realise this.”
