Kenny lost his job as a commercial pilot because of Covid-19. He turned to polishing people’s cars for a living but with the suspension of non-essential business, he became jobless with no income for many months. Click on the video above to hear how he is trying to turn his situation around.
Airline staff have been the hardest hit by the worldwide pandemic as crew are forced to turn to other types of work such as gigs, part-time jobs, and other industries. Kenny, 39, now drives a van around Singapore polishing people’s cars. Many would say this is a huge step down from piloting planes with hundreds of people around the world every week. He is trying his best to stay positive and continue working during these unprecedented tough times.
