Driver of Mazda SLC6952E swerved out from lane 1 to lane 2 without checking, hitting two motorcyclist in the process.
The tipper truck on lane 3 e-braked hard spilling it load of sand onto the road. Drivers changing lane MUST check clear before moving.
Happened on 11/1/21 at 1832 hours on PIE near Stevens Road exit.
