This motorcycle parking illegally constantly (over night and > 24 hrs) at Tampines Street 21 block 261 HDB void deck. Reported to Tampines Town Council, no actions taken so far. So who the hell is in-charge? LTA don’t care because not on the road. HDB don’t care, ask you to go to Town Council. Town Council act blur.
