I wait for driver to offload stuff from his car for his passenger. Passenger went off with his stuff. Horned him once to move of as I needed to park cause no more available bike lots around. He ignored and was doing stuff behind his boot. He then took out a bottle of water to wash his hands and continued doing stuff. I horned 2nd time. He came to the front and told me that I don’t need to horn, can’t wait is it. I told him that I have been waiting and anyway this is a bike parking lot, not for loading and unloading. He then challenged me to take his picture. What an arrogant person. Not only he challenged me but also the law.
