Found this car at Blk 13A Upper Boon Keng Road MSCP on 23 July 21 at around 1332hrs. The car was obviously parking out of the parking lot and upon checking there are still space at the back. The front of the car makes it dangerous for other drivers as the narrow lane is already a challenge and now this. Hope driver can be considerate to other users.
