Incident occurred at EC basement carpark on Sunday evening. Driver sped while makijg a sharp turn and honked while we were reversing to park when it was clear we had the right of way. Driver of this vehicle continued to inch forward even in clear view that we were parking. Driver refused to budge and continued inching forward, resulting in near collision. Made eye contact with driver and had the audacity to strike a rude hand gesture. This recklessness is a potential danger and hazard to other drivers.
