You know those road angels who make your commute a little less stressful? Whether they let you merge during rush hour or give a friendly wave at a four-way stop, they're the unsung heroes of the highway. This award honours the most gracious road users who make driving more pleasant for everyone.

(1) Man helps a chicken cross the road. Reason for choice: The man went out of his way to help the chicken safely cross the road. He demonstrated thoughtfulness and care!
(2) A group of passers-by helped an unconscious driver trapped in his car after an accident. Reason for choice: The passers-by witnessed the accident and took action. Their boldness in helping and team effort is one we should all strive toward.
(3) Instead of speedily checking his licence, the traffic police let the motorcyclist go when he told him he was rushing to the hospital to see his dad. Reason for choice: The traffic police was kind and thoughtful towards the man who was in a stressful situation.
