I was travelling with my family along Kitchener Rd (turning right on to Jalan Besar, coming from City Square Mall area). It was green arrow turning. As we were following the queue of vehicles turning left, a vehicle (brownish Land Rover i believe) came rushing at us while flashing lights. We horned but the vehicle did not stop and it went past the red light where it was supposed to stop. As the vehicle drove by us, the driver raised his middle finger and rushed down Kitchener Rd (towards City Square). We double checked to see and noticed that the vehicle went past its red light. We feel such reckless and entitled driving can cause accidents if not stopped. I am not sure about the make of car but there is a video from my car recorder
