The compassionate nature of the human spirit is displayed in this act of kindness.
One Facebook poster was driving pass Tampines Ave 12 on the afternoon of 09/09/2020.
To his horror, he noticed a puppy lying on the ground helplessly, struggling hard to breath.
He quickly guessed it was involved in a hit and run accident.
He speedily headed over and moved the dog from the road to the grass-patch at the side to prevent other cars from hitting it.
Then, he called SPCA to head down to rescue the dog.
In the meantime, a SCDF personnel who passed by stopped to render aid as well.
SPCA came shortly after and the dog was on the way to the vet.
The poster ends off his post by sending his well wishes for the dog to “get well soon !”
What an act of goodness displayed by the men involved. Kudos!
