Kid crossed road without adult supervision and was also blocked by a parked car. Then the car ran over the boy but the tyres missed rolling over him.
Happened along Depot Walk , just outside the Sri Ruthra Kalimaman temple.
Happened on 5/10/19 at 6.30 pm
