The driver of SJV4143K:
1) Comes directly out of filter over two lanes at one go
2) Fails to keep a proper lookout from minor to major road
3) Forces others to take evasive action
This behavior is not only endangering others but also demonstrates blatant disregard for the road safety rules during merging.
