“Hi there, i witnessed a hit and run yesterday night around 2316-2317hrs between a lorry and a taxi. There are 4 passengers inside and two of which are toddlers age around 3 and 5. Thankfully they were all wearing seatbelts. I had a footage from my dashcam but the number plate is not very clear. TP came to the scene but there was no nearby CCTV or POLCAMS around. Hopefully with a lookout post we could identify the lorry driver.”
