It is unknown what caused the Mercedes driver to act in this manner.
Happened on Aug 5, 1318hrs along PIE to ECP (Changi).
Quoted. “As you can see in the video, the driver turned on the hazard lights and was stationary along the extreme left lane of the said road and was deliberately trying to cause a scene out of nowhere.”
