The accident happened at the discretionary right junction in front of Bukit Panjang Plaza.
The view of oncoming traffic was blocked by the double decker bus turning in the opposite direction but the Silver cab driver still choose to make the turn. The motorcyclist could not stop in time, slams into the hood of the taxi, causing the pillion rider to somersaults into the air and landing on top of the taxi.
