Pedestrian crossing the road when the traffic signal was not in favour.
Fortunately, cam car was not driving too fast and the car in the rear was able to brake in time.
Pedestrians should always keep a lookout for oncoming cars by looking left and right and not endanger themselves or other road users.
Moreover the lady in the video should have waited till the traffic signal was in favour.
