A few video-savvy PMD riders defy death riding at speeds in excess of 100 kph. In the video shown, the riders record themselves on footpaths and Park Connector Networks (PCN) in the middle of the night.
Filming it themselves and then posting online to boast of their illegal activities makes us wonder what their goal is – to show off how many rules can be broken at once? Perhaps it is the act of defiance by challenging authorities and the ‘catch me if you can’ attitude they wish to tell us?
