TransCab taxi driver obviously has been experienced enough to have prepared the mask and the beanie cap. Has intention to hide identity and continue with his uncontrolled bad temper.
He even asked his own passengers to alight his cab so that he can continue his outburst of anger towards cam car.
Road rage in this manner should and never be condoned and let off. Authorities please do the necessary if a police is lodged.
