“SMRT taxi failed to ensure road is clear before exiting to the main road. Happened at Sembawang Road and noticed the taxi stop way passed the stop line at the entrance of Jln Kemuning. Initially thought that the red taxi was turning out so I signalled right with the intention to be on the middle lane. However, the taxi had no patience and tried to cut 3 lanes to the u-turn.”
