Road speed limits are NOT suggestions but a Highway Code and must be followed strictly.

Same goes for road hogging, stay off the 1st lane on expressways and allow other faster vehicles to overtake if you intend drive slowly and leisurely. Keep the 1st lane free for others to overtake and move on.
