Accident happened on 22/06/2020, 2.30pm along Bedok Road before Bedok Ria Drive.
According to the video submitter: “I saw a van veering off road and hits the lamp post even on a near empty road. Using HP perhaps? Then I saw the van reversed and I thought the driver would have stopped and called for help but instead he drove off!”
