Happened at CTE exit 2 towards havelock road.
Under the Road Traffic Act, cyclists are not allowed on these types of roads:
Expressways;
Expressway tunnels;
Road tunnels;
Any slip road linked to expressways;
& Any interchange between 2 or more expressways.
