Hit and run accident that happened at National Library at Victoria Street B2 Carpark, on 12 Feb 20 at around 4.47pm.
OP says: “A report was done but if the driver admit his mistake may consider settle matters privately, everyone makes mistakes. Realised my car has scratches when I returned to my car around 6pm. Review car cam and saw this Honda Vezel driving head in and hit my car. He took off after realising what happened. “
