“I was driving down Irwell Bank Road and turning right to River Valley Road. When turning, I suddenly encountered an elderly rickshaw man and passenger (confirmed non-STB approved) appearing to cross the busy junction. Traffic was also not in their favor.
I could have hit them if I was going a bit faster, and also because my left field of vision was blocked by a SBS double-decker bus. People need to keep a lookout for these types of riders and authorities need to look at preventing elderly folks from endangering themselves and others.” – terencenyvonne
