Dear all,

My wife got injured while alighting from Bus 70 @ serangoon central during 09.30am. while she was injured, the bus driver did not attend to her at first response and instead was lost of direction on the next protocol. They have failed their protocol and not doing their job right.
This case was also delayed, none of their staff came for visit or concerns about my wife injury.
