SBQ6495C No brake turning | Wrong lane
1) Turning from a wrong lane (not an error as he made effort to turn out of right turning lane).
2) Did not brake when approaching pedestrian crossing.
3) Relatively high speed when turning with quite a number of pedestrians already on the crosswalk.
Should I make a police report?
