I was waiting to turn right when I saw that this PHV’s left turn signal is on. Assuming he is turning left, I proceeeded to turn right only to be honk and ‘challenged’ by him. You can see throughout the video, his left turn signal is never switched off until he stopped in front of the bus and put on hazard light.
