2 men, aged 27 and 34, were arrested on Sunday and Monday (Feb 15) respectively, said the Police and Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB).
The 27-year-old man, who was the passenger, was arrested for allegedly consorting with persons carrying offensive weapons in public places and for suspected drug-related offences.
The 34-year-old man, who was the driver, was arrested on Monday for allegedly carrying an offensive weapon in public places, suspected drug-related offences, dangerous driving causing grievous hurt and other traffic-related offences.
The 32-year-old woman involved earlier was arrested at the scene for suspected drug-related offences.
The driver had apparently hit a pedestrian crossing the road while trying to avoid the police, then crashed the car on the centre divider before running away with the other male. View the original video below.
