“I Was driving and then this Blue VW overtook me and apparently ran through a red light, near missing pedestrians. I drove past the car on next junction and realise driver was handphone driving. I will be filing a police report with this video, and am willing to attend court should IO (Investigation Officer) requires me to do so.” – Max
