Cyclist disregards traffic signals and oncoming vehicles, and crosses the road. Always be alert when driving and pedestrian or cyclists should abide by traffic rules. Happened at pedestrian Crossing at Pasir Ris Drive 3 – Loyang Lane on 16 June, 1950hrs.
