Discretionary right turn accident between van and motorcycle with pillion rider. Van has green light in his favour going straight, motorcycle moves out too far at discretionary right turn and gets hits. Wishing riders full recoveries. Happened at junction of Upper Jurong Road and Jurong West St 93 on 29/12/2020.
