E-bike or PAB was riding at this heavy traffic Bishan flyover and did check for clear to filter right. By cutting over the chevron markings and immediately filtering left without check for clear, this getting hit by car
Drivers can expect more e-bikers on our roads as they are not allowed on paths. Thus drivers must have a proper lookout for these e-bikers and give them space and drive defensively when we encounter them on our shared roads.
Thankfully, this e-bike hit the side of the car not the front of the car, thus escaping with slight injuries. Wishing e-biker a speedy and full recovery.
