While driving on the leftmost lane of Mountbatten Road towards Sims Way with his wife and two children, the driver of cam car encountered a car from Nicoll Highway attempting to turn into Sims Way without giving way or slowing down. Despite honking the horn in advance, the driver was forced to swerve and apply the brakes abruptly to avoid a collision, thankfully no accident occurred.
Incident happened at the junction between Mountbatten Road and Nicoll Highway leading to Sims Way on 25 March, 1915hrs.
