Toyota Dyna #GBF8787E was overtaking motorcyclist & the left rear of the lorry knocked into the handle bar of the motorcycle causing the rider to fall.
Happened along Punggol East Road on July 9, 1615hrs.
Driving without due care or reasonable consideration. If hurt is caused to another person by the driving of a motor vehicle by the offender, the offender shall on conviction of an offence be liable to a fine not exceeding $2,500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months
