Hit and Run case at 120 Serangoon North Ave 1 Carpark BISE4, Lot 667. Car (Silver Toyota Prius) was parked at this location at 1pm, and when I returned at 6pm, I noticed the front right side of my car was damaged (bumper scratched, slight misalignment and car light scratched).
