This black Honda Jazz plate number SMP4928J turn out very fast from iHub JTC and straight away cut across double white lines to the middle lane and then third right lane.
He nearly hit my car and the right lane motorists. Luckily the other motorists and myself manage to brake in time. If not accident will happen.

From the back windscreen of the black Honda there is a P-plate driving probation plate . Not sure he just got his driving license.

It happen on 8 Jan 2020 at Jurong Town Road junction.
