The car was parked right in the mid of this sheltered walkway at the carpark entrance beside Blk 121 Lor 2 Toa Payoh. According to passersby, it was parked there for a while as at 2pm on 19 April. Many elderly residents had to walk in the rain to bypass it. Mind you the rain was heavy.

Can tell that people are angry and some even threw leftover noodle onto it.
