PMD rider caught riding along Lentor Avenue from Yishun to Ang Mo Kio on 1/10/2019

In the video shared by SG Road Vigilante, the PMD rider can be seen driving in the middle lane of the road, at times in excess of 40kph. The video subtitle reads, “crouch down to reduce drag” at one point, to demonstrate the rider’s intention.

For well over four minutes, the rider continues on this method, driving along public roads without lights.
