The incident happened on 9 April 2020 at 2340hrs along TPE Punggol Exit towards SLE.

A lorry was caught driving along the expressway in the centre lane at fast speed. We are relieved that the dash-cam driver managed to spot the lorry early on and kept safe by switching lane.
