A man was filmed writing the words “Please Do Not Park Here” on his neighbour’s car in permanent marker. The 2 men are neighbouring shop owners in Geylang and supposedly always park in each other’s compound without permission. The man who scribbled the words wrote it on the car’s windscreen and not on the paint or body of the car.
